Elton Leung | Founding Partner
Elton Leung graduated from King’s College London BSc(Hons), holding double professional qualified Chartered ACII and CIP, Private Equity diploma at Imperial College London Business School, has started his early career as an Underwriter then a Broker in one of the largest multinational insurance broking house handling clients including those in the Fortune 500 list.
Elton, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset had single-handedly initiated and driven the cooperation to penetrate into the Asia market in the Manufacture Risk Management sector. He has successfully dominated this market place in the first year as a pioneer.
His strong business acumen and execution ability have been recognised by the industry. He was invited to many conferences around Asia as a guest speaker and had shared the same stage with the Executive Director of the largest insurance company in China as well as the Governors of Taiwan. Elton was nominated as the top broker of the year and has quickly promoted as one of the youngest at the Directors level in the cooperation the age of 25.
Elton was initially driving his property business side by side with his full time broker career and has rapidly built his own property portfolio ranging from buy-to-let, multi-lets (HMO) and retail commercial shop in central London. He then co-founded KML Group, specialises in large HMO development projects in Birmingham, and successfully raised over one million pounds in the first year for the company as seed fund.
As Fang Ting Founding Partner, Elton leads the company strategic direction, build relationship with key business partners and project manage developments. His expertise focuses on project sourcing and due diligence, as well as financial structuring, strategic leveraging and risk management.
Elton brings valuable knowledge from both Commercial Financial Sector and Property Development Sector together to Fang Ting. Delivering the most bespoke and comprehensive property investment strategy to investors and partners to satisfy their financial objectives.
Luella Pu | Founding Partner
Luella Pu holds a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from the London School of Economics, followed by an MSc in Marketing, graduating with Merit.
While still at university, Luella founded her first trading and logistics business, where she quickly discovered her passion for problem-solving, hard work, and execution. Building on the early success of this venture, she seamlessly transitioned into the emerging eCommerce market, launching her second business shortly after graduation. Today, she runs a leading online textile company, which has been featured multiple times in UK national magazines and various industry publications.
In addition to her accomplishments as a serial entrepreneur, Luella is an experienced property investor with a multi-million-pound portfolio. Her holdings span new-build developments, commercial properties, HMOs (multi-let), and residential properties across London.
As the founding partner of Fang Ting Properties, Luella is instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and is deeply involved in its strategic planning, consistently pursuing opportunities for sustainable and significant growth.
Luella also leads Fang Ting's Interior Design division, where her talent and projects have been extensively featured in national magazines such as Style at Home and Woman's Own. She stays at the forefront of international design trends and applies her extensive project management and budget control expertise to deliver premium results for stakeholders and investors.
Furthermore, she oversees investor relations, ensuring that long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships are developed, nurtured, and flourish.
Tommy Li | Investment Executive Partner
Tommy is the Executive Director and one of the core members at Fang Ting. He has over 7 years of property investment and management experience in the UK with over a million pounds portfolio. With in-depth UK property market knowledge, he often shares his insight with overseas investors and creates investment opportunities.
Before delegating himself full time into the property sector, Tommy was a Sales Director in a fashion company. His clients includes some of the most well-known high street brands in the UK and worldwide. Tommy was in charge of both the wholesale and retail team, also oversees sales offline and online. During his time in the company, he restructured the logistic supply chain operation and increased revenue and efficiency by over 30%.
With a strong sales and operation background, Tommy is responsible for project and relationship management at Fang Ting, and continuously delivers value for our partners and investors.
Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Lancaster University and a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Swansea University.
Michelle Wong | Non-Executive Partner
Michelle is a serial entrepreneur with businesses across the UK and Taiwan. Graduating from the University of Warwick in Management, Michelle started her early career as a financial advisor in one of the listed financial brokerage company in Hong Kong. She then went into digital marketing before starting her own brand consulting company in London. She has helped multiple brands entering into dominant UK retail markets with over 6-digit turnover in the first year. Michelle is a big believer in direct-to-consumer model. Through her experience in e-commerce and market entrance strategy consulting, she co-founded Twissic watches, an ultra-thin watch brand that has successfully launched and fund-raised on Kickstarter. Recently, aspiring to solve the queuing problem in the retail space, Michelle has also co-founded a quick payment technology that provides instant checkout solution and improves customer engagement.
Michelle is also a sophisticated investor herself with a multi-million pound property portfolio internationally. She started her partnership with Fangting two years ago and has been working closely with the group on strategic planning as a Non-Executive Director. Sharing the same vision as Fangting, Michelle is a very committed member to the team and has a strong dedication to add value to Fangting’s project development.
Bo Lian | Non-Executive Partner
Mr Bo Lian graduated from Tsinghua University in Beijing holding a BSc degree in Automation. He has extensive working experiences in the investment banking and financial industry. He was at Director grade in UBS Investment Banking Division, Equities Derivatives Business before moving back to Beijing continue pursuing his Investment Banking Career.
Mr Lian is also an experienced property investor himself with a deep understanding of the London Property Market and the economic cycles & trends. Mr Lian started his collaboration with Fang Ting as an investor at the beginning, and quickly became a very valuable non-executive advisory member to the company. Mr Lian shares the same vision with Fang Ting and is an important member in this long term partnership.
